Dear Judge Jerry and family. I have been long gone from New Orleans. I recently heard of Ms. Isabel's passing. I offer you all my sincerest condolences. I have been in contact with other students of Judge Jerry's class 'back in the day', which is how I found about Ms. Isabel's passing. After reading about previous postings, she was a phenomenal woman. Her picture was stunning. You were all so lucky and blessed to have had her in your lives. Two wonderful sons and 6 grandchildren - what a legacy!

Hoping your grief will be replaced with many loving memories.

Most sincerest condolences.

Mom just checked her IM and saw the note from Marc. We are so sad to hear about Isabel and very sorry we missed her funeral. Jerry, you know how much I loved my Izzy and always felt like I was the apple of her eye. Love to all of you and I hope you see my email and drop me a note. Love from mom too. She's heartbroken as we all are. Julie

I wish i had met Isabel. She and her husband gave Michael an excellent sense of humor and a deep kindness toward others.

Dance me through the panic till I'm gathered safely in
Lift me like an olive branch and be my homeward dove
Dance me to the end of love

Mithchell, this is the Cheryl that worked for 6 years for Jackie in the 70's. Sorry for the loss of your sister. From reading the obituary, she sounds like a wonderful, loving and generous person. May God give you and your family strength at this time of sorrow.

Dear Jerry and family,

My deepest condolences to you. I remember Isabel so fondly. She was so sweet to me when I was a little girl. I remember it was a treat to spend time with her. One time I got to be with her at your home for a whole day. On another occasion, she brought my sister and me these Russian nesting dolls after a trip y'all took. We loved those dolls.

Sending big hugs your way,
Caitlin Glass

I remember Isabel from our days at Fortier together. We were in the same high school sorority. She was a very vital high schooler and always seemed happy and gay. I am sad to learn that she has passed away.
