Sharyn Robbins Silverstein, age 70, died Tuesday, January 30, 2018 after a valiant battle with breast cancer. She was the beloved wife of Dr. Seth Silverstein and daughter of the late Sylvia Saltz Robbins and Leon “Brother” Robbins and was preceded in death by her brother, Steven Alan Robbins.
The owner of TempForce and Robbins Consultants, both professional recruiting firms, Mrs. Silverstein was an avid traveler, longtime member of Congregation Gates of Prayer and life member of Hadassah. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Arrangements by Tharp-Sontheimer Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, February 2, 2018 at Congregation Gates of Prayer, 4000 W. Esplanade Ave., Metairie, LA, with visitation beginning at Noon. Interment following service at Hebrew Rest Cemetery No. 3, 4100 Frenchmen St, New Orleans, LA.
