Jan Carline Korndorffer

Jan Korndorffer, 68, of Jefferson, LA passed away on October 7, 2020. She was born on April 9, 1952 to parents, August J. Blakesly Jr. and Joan Blakesly.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Forrest Korndorffer, daughter, Amy Korndorffer; son, John Korndorffer; step children, Sharon (Ron) Glancey; Rickie Sue Korndorffer; Scott (Danielle) Korndorffer; Kelly Korndorffer; Adam (Heather) Korndorffer; grandchildren, Tyler and Tristan Alford; Elle and Olivia Korndorffer and Emma Korndorffer; brother Steve (Jeanette) Blakesly.
Jan will be remembered for being a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending as much time with her family and grandchildren and also enjoyed gardening. She was hardworking, caring and generous.

A Visitation will take place at Tharp-Sontheimer-Tharp Funeral Home, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd., Metairie LA 70001 Wednesday, October 14, 2020 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am followed by a Funeral Service. Entombment will be held at Metairie Cemetery in New Orleans afterwards.
