John Francis Reynolds Jr.

John “Jack” Reynolds Jr. passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 19, 2018. He was 73 years old. Loving father of Sean Reynolds. Grandfather of Addison Reynolds and Quinn Reynolds. Brother of Phyllis Coste (Larry). Son of the late John and Marie Aucoin Reynolds. Also survived by his nieces and nephews. Jack was a longime resident of Jefferson Parish and a graduate of De La Salle High School. He proudly served his country as an Army Ranger during the Vietnam War, and was awarded two Purple Hearts and one Bronze Star. Jack worked at many New Orleans establishments during his career in the restaurant industry. He will be greatly missed. The family would like to express their most sincere gratitude to the extraordinary people of East Jefferson General Hospital who cared for Jack through his last days. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Memorial Mass at THARP-SONTHEIMER-THARP, 1600 North Causeway Boulevard, Metairie, on Friday afternoon, May 25, 2018 at 1:00.
