Lois (Lacey) Fagot Bayard passed away on Wednesday, August 9, 2017, at the age of 87. She was born in New Orleans on Valentine’s Day, 1930, to the late Frederick Fagot and Ruby Howarka Fagot. Preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Ralph T. Bayard, son, Patrick C. Bayard, son-in-law, Melvin M. Mims and beloved sister, Valerie Schanzbach Dunn. Survived by daughter Beth Bayard Mims, grandchildren Brandi Bayard, Matthew, Michael (Michelle), Melanie Mims. Also survived by brother-in-law, Milton Dunn and many loving nieces and nephews.
