Lois E Guilbeau

      Lois Guillbeau, age 74, of Jefferson Louisiana entered eternal life Saturday May 13th, 2023. She was a loving mother, aunt, daughter, sister and friend to many. She was born and raised in Tylertown, Mississippi. At the age of 11 she moved to New Orleans, Louisiana where she lived and worked for the remainder of her life.
   Throughout her life, Lois touched the lives of many people with her kind and caring heart. She was always willing to help a person in need. She cared for many people in her lifetime and was accepting of all people. She will be remembered for her witty stories and thoughtful acts.
   Lois is preceded in death by her parents Parnell and Valma Boyd, two sisters Margie Baughtman Brown and Sylvia Baughtman, two brothers Jewels Boyd and John Boyd. She is survived by her daughter Yrgette (Cissy) and son in law Robin Pytlik; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
   Family and friends will honor the life of Lois on Saturday, May 20, 2023 at Tharp Funeral Home at 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. Metairie, LA 70001. Visitation will start at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m.
