Richard Joseph Garrett died peacefully at his house on Monday, November 23, 2020 at the age of 92. He was a native and a lifelong resident of New Orleans.
Husband of (Shirley) Anne Garrett. Father of Sally Ellen LeBourgeois, Cindy Anne Tocci and Timothy Richard Trelogan Garrett. Son of the late Rudolph and Lillian Garfunkel. No services are planned.
