Sally Gregson Glory

Sally Glory of Metairie, LA, passed away on Wednesday, March 27th, 2024 at the age of 88, surrounded by her family.  Sally was born in New Orleans, LA on February 16, 1936, to the late Robert and Thelma Gregson.  She is survived by her sister, Susan Murphy.  She was a resident of Metairie, LA for 52 years. Beloved wife of the late Emile Glory, Sr. for 70 years. Loving mother of Patti Benoit (Dale), Karen Miller (Joe), Sandra Murphy, Michael Glory, Michele Szegfu (Zane), and the late Emile Anthony Glory Jr. (Debbie). Mawmaw of Lisa, Michael, Emile, Christopher, Jessica, Regina, Sally, Whitney, Amanda, Leslie, Jennifer, Joshua, Joseph, Robert, Ashley, Michaela, Emily, Kalyn, Anna, and the late Rebecca.  She was a Great Mawmaw to twenty-eight. Great Great Mawmaw to one.  She will be fondly remembered for her love of family and traditions.
