Saundra D. Neff "Sandy" passed away in her home on December 27, 2022. Daughter

She was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Neff and her parents, Earl and Bernice Sikes.

She was born and raised in Ashdown, Arkansas where she graduated High School from in 1980.

She loved the outdoors and being on the water fishing. She also admired nice cars, and was an avid sports fan, specifically the Dallas Cowboys. She is survived by her three children, Chris Neff, Billy Neff, and Dorothy Neff; her four grandchildren, Emily Neff, Madison Neff, Chloe Johnson, Philip Johnson; and her siblings, Judy C. Pate and Michael Earl Sikes.

Tharp Sontheimer Funeral Home is handling arrangements. A private Memorial Gathering will be announced at a later date. The family will be taking donations for her services with the link provided.
