Shirley Schexnayder

Shirley Masson Schexnayder, 89, passed away April 5, 2018. She was a native of New Orleans, LA and a resident of Harahan. Shirley is the daughter of Olivia Herring and Oscar Masson of New Orleans, the mother of Deidre and Keith (Jane), grandmother of Bryanne and Brandon (Brittanye), and greatgrandmother of Bailey and Blythe. She loved the home that she and her husband built, spending much of her time tending to her bromeliads, orchids and many flower gardens. She was a member of the Greater New Orleans Bromeliad Society and a long time member of the Krewe of Iris. Shirley was laid to rest in Lake Lawn Mausoleum alongside her husband Arnaud J.
