Anna Lee Cecilia Faucheux Roux passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 8:45 PM at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Clements Oscar Roux, Sr., mother of Reverend Randy P. Roux, Gail R. Yeadon, and the late Clements O. Roux, Jr., mother-in-law of Dr. William R. Yeadon, grandmother of Brian C. Roux, Robert M. Yeadon, and Andrew D. Yeadon (Gretchen), great grandmother of Zoey Olivia and Drew Arlyn Yeadon. Daughter of the late Maitland James Faucheux, Sr. and Olivia Trosclair Faucheux. Sister of Joyce F. Vicknair (Harold, Sr.), Maitland J. Faucheux, Jr. (Inez), Earline F. Rivers (Raymond), Daniel Faucheux, Sr. (Rose), Charles Faucheux (Katherine) and the late Coy Faucheux, Sr. (Eloise), Nell F. Vicknair (Alton, Sr.), Mable F. Matherne (Lawrence, Sr.), Herbert Faucheux, Sr. (Dolly), Alvin Faucheux (Patricia), and Barbara F. Cambre (Milton).
Anna was a member of St. Rita Catholic Church, Harahan, Louisiana. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 1139 Oretha Castle Haley Blvd., New Orleans, LA on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at 12:00 Noon. Visitation at the Metairie home of THARP-SONTHEIMER-THARP, 1600 N. Causeway Blvd. at 43rd St. on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 from 6:30 to 9:00 PM and at the church on Thursday, from 9:00 AM until 11:45 AM. Interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery.
