Kathy Kay Luwisch, age 53, born in Texas and a lifetime resident of New Orleans, passed away on July 16, 2017 at her residence in Kenner, La. Beloved mother of Rachel L. Luwisch and John F. Luwisch, III. Beloved grandmother of Bentley John Luwisch and Joseph William Murphy, IV. Daughter of the late Dorothy and Lee Levine. Kathy was an employee of the Old Absinthe House for the past 36 years. She loved her four legged son Snoopy and was an avid New Orleans Saints fan, WHO DAT!
