So sorry to learn in the TP this morning that Nathan has passed away. We were professional friends: I worked with hm on numerous occasions with his patients with heart disease. I remember so well his professionalism, serious concern for his patients, his courtesy, kindness. I, and I know with certainty that others, will miss him greatly.

Nathan's interest in photography and my work at The Historic New Orleans Collection brought us into periodic contact. He was warm, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and accomplished. I extend my condolences to his family on their loss.

Dear Bertha, Jeanne and Michael,
My deepest sympathy. I loved living next door to all of you on Octavia Street for over 30 years, especially Nathan because of the magnificent photographs he took of my children and the emergency house calls. I frequently get compliments on the framed family portrait he took that is hanging in my home.
I will not be able to be with you on Wednesday as I am leaving for Australia at 9 a.m. that morning, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you. Love,
Dale Aronson

We are sorry to hear of Nathan's passing. He was a down-to-earth pediatrician who was not an alarmist and helped care for our 7 children. I also knew him as an accomplished photographer. Rest in peace.
