Vickie was a dear, dear friend of mine. We bought our properties together in Lafitte, built our houses next to one another, and enjoyed our friendship for more than 40+ years. We had a very special bond, and I have wonderful memories that I will hold in my heart for the rest of my life. Oh, what a great cook she was, it was so nice to live next door to this fabulous cook and wonderful person . I was so blessed to have Vickie in my life and to call her " friend'". I will certainly miss our conversations, and secrets we promised to take to our graves.

Ms. Vicky was one of the first individuals I met when I went to work for the Juvenile Court some 30 plus, years past. I feel honored to have known her. She had a smile that could light up the room and was always courteous and helpful. A true asset to the Court family. God speed Ms. Vicky,
