My dearest Great Uncle Frank led a life of goodness and virtue worthy of imitation. I have never known anyone else with so much empathy and concern for humanity. Uncle Frank was exemplary while serving Christ through serving others. I will always be grateful for all the many things he helped my mother & I with when I was a child as she raised me by herself. I will always cherish the memories of working on construction projects with him & my grandfather (Ashton). He loved looking for old bottles and treasures with his metal detector when they would till up the ground before planting season . I would always snatch an extra McKenzie cinnamon roll, or two out the bag that my grandmother(Estelle) would buy especially for him and he wouldn’t mind at all. He would puff his pipe and sip his black coffee out his thermos with the calmest disposition, even when Ashton would be on a roll. Without a question I know his wings and golden halo were waiting for him when Saint Peter let him through the pearly gates. My thoughts and prayers are with the family. May he rest in Paradise.

Uncle Frank was truly a gentle man who was as kind and compassionate as he was generous to his family. His partner in life, Dorothy ( Aunt Dot) was a perfect match to his temperament and practical approach toward life. I recall that the Christmas Afternoon parties will always be a wonderful memory for me, with the constant flow of Aunts, Uncles, and cousins, neighbors and strangers wandering in the downstairs dinner table. Such wonderful times. He will be sorely missed. The thoughts and prayers of Lynda and myself will be with him and the family. May he rest in eternal peace.
